Welcome! **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a teacher in after-school care, you will be responsible for, together with colleagues, creating good conditions for learning through inspiring and educational teaching throughout the students' day. Together, you will create an after-school program that encourages recovery, creativity, and movement in accordance with the curriculum's goals for after-school care. Planning, documentation, and follow-up are natural parts of your responsibilities. Collaboration between school and after-school care is also an important aspect of the role. We would like you to have an interest and experience in leading development work for after-school care and in creating active breaks for students to further develop our break activities at the school. **QUALIFICATIONS** You have a degree and are a qualified teacher for after-school care, preferably with several years of experience. We appreciate experience in leading development work and a strong interest in break activities. You have a genuine interest in working with students and aim to create a positive after-school and school environment characterized by comfort, safety, and conducive study conditions. As a person, you are calm and handle stress constructively. You build relationships and create good connections with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate constructively.
