Our school is beautifully located in a residential area in Täby – Skarpäng, surrounded by plenty of nature. The school is a K-9 institution with approximately 500 students. We believe in each student's potential to develop based on their individual circumstances—academically, motorically, creatively, and socially. Our after-school care consists of three divisions: K-1, 2-3, and grades 4-6. Noblaskolan Täby is now seeking a Teacher for after-school care or an experienced qualified leisure educator. We are looking for someone to strengthen our after-school team: - You are passionate about enriching our students' time in after-school care, ensuring that every day is safe, educational, and enjoyable. - You will contribute to developing our operations in line with current governing documents. - You are skilled at recognizing students' needs and adjusting your approach, interactions, and working methods to create the best conditions for each student. - You enjoy being a clear and warm leader in teaching, capable of creating a blend of routines, predictability, additional adaptations, and flexibility. - You find it interesting and creative to work on understanding and developing students individually as well as the class as a group. You have a knack for building trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. - You are a responsible and clear educator with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You also enjoy being involved in ongoing development work with your colleagues. The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time: 100%.
