WORK TASKS
The position is focused on teaching mathematics and physical education and health. You will have close collaboration with subject colleagues. Together with other colleagues, you will create conditions for an accessible and flexible learning environment and teaching adapted to the needs of the students, based on the principle that a student is not, but becomes within a context.
You have a collaborative approach. Together we drive school development forward, learn from each other, and collaborate to ensure all students have the conditions to complete their education.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a qualified/licensed teacher who has found successful strategies for engaging students in learning in your subject, preferably with an interdisciplinary approach.
• You have pedagogical drive and a desire to further develop the organization together with others, and you view development and new ideas as positive challenges.
• You contribute to our students' development through interaction and dialogue with others.
• You are committed, direct, and open, with clear leadership skills.
• You are well-versed in our governing documents.
• You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding the additional adaptations an individual might need to achieve the subject's knowledge goals.
• You have a good ability to create positive relationships with students and guardians.
