Are you a qualified and committed teacher who wants to help shape today's youth in a stimulating school environment? We are now seeking a teacher for Skogstorp School for grades 4-6, starting by mutual agreement.

Here, we create good conditions for pedagogical development. Skogstorp School is a school with over 540 students from preschool to grade 6. The school is located in the northern part of Kumla. There are good connections by train/bus to the school from nearby towns. The school operates from preschool to grade 9, distributed across two principals and one deputy principal.
WORK TASKS
In your main role as a teacher, you will:
• Contribute to an orderly and safe study environment for students
• Challenge students towards national goals
• Have mentor responsibilities
You will be part of a team at one of our units, where you will work with three teaching colleagues towards three classes. The working method is based on all teachers helping each other and together creating the best conditions for our students. This means you will be available as a resource in many of the other teachers' lessons.
As a new teacher with us, you will receive support from experienced colleagues to quickly integrate into Skogstorp School and the unit's routines and working methods. You will also be offered support from the principal and deputy principal, who exercise an accessible and close leadership style.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a teaching degree for grades 4-6, with broad eligibility as the position will be adapted to suit the applicant.
We are looking for someone who is good at taking initiative, is driven and solution-oriented. We would like you to be flexible and have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills with students, guardians, and colleagues. As a person, you contribute to a sense of calm and are good at creating a safe study environment for students.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
