At Alboskolan, we invest in student health and are also involved in a project to strengthen parental health in the local area. The school holds regular student health meetings (EHM) where the work team meets with the student health team. Alboskolan, located in central Skepplanda, is characterized by strong cohesion, high competence, and a firm belief that we make each other better. Currently, the school has 200 students. Alboskolan collaborates closely with Garnvindeskolan (grades F-3), which is located 500 meters away. **Job Responsibilities** We are looking for teachers who enjoy working in teams and document their work digitally. It is important for us that you are a clear leader in the classroom. We seek someone who wants to make a difference for students every day. You will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with the curriculum (lgr-22) and the goals of the organization. You should also be familiar with the Education Act (2010:800). You need to be comfortable motivating students in their learning. Collaboration with colleagues and parents is essential to support students' progress. Together, we continuously work to develop and help students reach their potential. During the middle school years, students transition from childhood to early adolescence, and you will play a crucial role in stimulating their knowledge development and supporting their personal growth during this period. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with qualifications to teach core subjects for grades 4-6. We also prefer candidates who have a teaching license in multiple subjects, including social studies. You are an engaged employee with strong collaboration skills, creating safety and trust by building good relationships and listening to students' diverse needs.
