Enöglaskolan is a multicultural preschool-9th grade school with approximately 550 students.
In 2027, we will move into the newly built Lillsidan School, a modern and purposeful facility that will provide even better opportunities to meet students' needs and create stimulating learning environments.
The school is led by a principal and two deputy principals, together with team leaders from four work teams: preschool-3rd grade, 4-6th grade, 7-9th grade, and after-school program. The school also has a complete student health team with multiple functions working closely with the teams.
Working with us means becoming part of a school with high ambitions and a clear focus on quality and goal achievement. School development and current research are part of our daily conversation.
We work purposefully to keep our core values alive, seeing this as a central part of the school's operations.
At Enöglaskolan, you'll be part of an engaged team working together to help each student reach their full potential in a safe and inspiring environment. At our school, we learn from and with each other.
Thanks to the school's central location near the city center and good commuting options from both Västerås and Uppsala, we are an easily accessible workplace.

You will teach technology and science subjects in the upper grades. You'll work closely with your team colleagues (grade level) and share collective responsibility for the student's entire day. In all subjects, we work with a language-developing approach as we are a school with many languages.
Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching based on curriculum guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing and documenting students' knowledge development in our digital system. Chapters 1 and 2 of the curriculum should be clearly visible in your teaching. Responsibilities also include contact with guardians and relevant authorities.
Working thematically and co-assessing with your colleagues is natural for you.
Student knowledge development will be documented in InfoMentor.
