JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for teachers in Swedish and Swedish as a second language who want to become part of our operations at Strömstiernaskolan. In your role as a teacher, you will work to motivate and inspire your students towards development and learning, as well as support them in their social and academic growth.
You will plan for instruction and adopt a formative approach, adapting your planning according to the students' development and results. Through clear leadership, you will engage students in both your teaching and your planning, creating a safe and accessible learning environment. We use Vklass as our digital learning platform for communication and documentation. Mentorship is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed teacher for grades 7-9 in Swedish or Swedish as a second language who has experience in teaching and assessment.
Digital competence is required to manage information and documentation, and is a natural part of teaching.
As a person, you are calm and stable, with the ability to create a safe environment for all students. We also see that you are curious and eager to develop in your work. You have the ability to create engagement in the classroom and can motivate students to learn through your creative skills.
You are eager to contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the operations forward. If you also have a good ability to build strong relationships with students, guardians, and your colleagues, we look forward to your application!
You can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is of great importance.
