Noretskolan is currently in a forward-leaning position, and the development to improve the school has been clear in recent years.
We want you who apply for this position to be aware of your strengths and be prepared to contribute and enjoy change. We are now seeking a teacher in Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language.
Approximately 330 students attend Noretskolan's secondary school. They share facilities with preschool, primary school, and adapted school. Noretskolan is Mora's largest primary school with approximately 640 students. In grades 7-9, we have five classes in each grade level. Each grade has a study pedagogue responsible for mentorship. Subject teachers and study pedagogues work closely together, and along with management, student health team, and other staff, we create a school with high-quality instruction. We are proud of our work, which is built on structure and care. Recruitment and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the advertisement period ends.
Qualifications
Teaching degree for later primary school years with a focus on Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
You are comfortable with responsibility and independent work. You easily create trusting relationships and collaborate with students and guardians. You see the advantages of good cooperation between colleagues, student health team, and school management.
As a teacher, you have a clear pedagogical leadership in your teaching and the ability to adapt instruction based on the needs of students.
