You collaborate easily and are flexible, experienced in problem-solving, and comfortable working both independently and in groups. You treat students and colleagues with good ethics and sound values. To succeed in the role, you are clear and adept at creating and maintaining good relationships. You are well-versed in the school's knowledge and value-based mission. You are curious and enjoy trying new things while appreciating order and structure. You are comfortable with modern school digital technology and dare to try new working methods.
