Who are we?
Kyrkskolan is an F-6 school located in the Eneby area with approximately 340 students and 45 employees. The school has two parallel classes with after-school care. We have a lovely outdoor environment with large spaces for play and instruction, and are close to the forest.
We have a highly competent staff group consisting of preschool teachers, teachers, and leisure center teachers who work together in the classrooms. Together, we work to give all students the opportunity to develop according to their conditions.
We are now seeking a substitute teacher for grades 4-6!
Your Responsibilities
As a substitute teacher with us, you will teach Swedish and social studies (SO) for grades 4-6.
You will actively collaborate with colleagues to develop the learning environment and adapt instruction based on the curriculum and students' individual needs.
There is an opportunity for direct support from our student health team and collegial learning through participation and collaboration.
Your creativity and flexibility in work methods are highly valued, and there is an opportunity for remote work.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a teaching license for grades 4-6, with qualifications in Swedish and social studies (SO).
Experience in teaching and knowledge of the curriculum, neuropsychiatric functional variations, and group dynamics are requirements for the position.
You are a passionate individual with an ability to adapt support and work in a diverse environment.
As a person, you are collaborative and have a curiosity that characterizes your work. You are driven to create a meaningful and safe everyday life for your students.
You adapt your teaching based on students and their needs. Furthermore, you are attentive and clear in your communication.
As a person, you are also flexible and can adapt to changes that occur at work.
