Job Responsibilities As a teacher, you will work to help students reach their full potential—both academically and socially. You will support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual circumstances. Your responsibilities include planning, teaching, assessment, as well as evaluation and development of the educational activities in accordance with the school’s governing documents. This role also includes teaching the Gymnasiearbete course and providing mentorship. Together with colleagues, you will work to create a positive learning and working environment for both students and staff. You will also contribute to the quality and development work at the school. Qualifications Requirements: • Teaching certification • Qualification to teach Swedish and Religion at the upper secondary level • Experience in using digital tools for communication and pedagogy • Strong understanding of the school’s goals and governing documents • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious: • Qualification to teach other subjects • Experience teaching Swedish and/or Religion • Experience in other teaching or educational work.
