About the Position
At Brunnsskolan, we are looking for a teacher for grade 5 with as broad a qualification as possible, particularly in the subject of Swedish. Together with your colleagues, you will create an atmosphere that is permissive and inspires a safe and conducive learning environment. We place great emphasis on collaboration to foster a learning culture at the school. As a teacher at Brunnsskolan, we base our work on current governing documents and the goals we have set for our operations. Qualifications
In the role of teacher, it is important that you are calm, secure, and stable. You communicate clearly with students, guardians, and colleagues. A strong ability to collaborate, listen, communicate, and focus on solutions is essential. You are expected to have good IT skills to participate in the school's ongoing digital journey, as well as being curious and driven in the development of the operations. You should be flexible, motivated, and eager to continuously learn and grow in your profession. Additionally, you should have knowledge of children's development and learning, along with the ability to adapt teaching to the needs and conditions of the group and individual students.

Requirements:
• Teaching certification with qualifications to teach Swedish for grades 4-6, or an equivalent degree that qualifies for teaching certification
Meritorious:
• Experience working with digital operational systems, e.g., It's Learning, Skola24, or similar
• Experience with digital tools such as interactive whiteboards, SMART Notebook, or similar
• Experience working with the STL (Writing to Learn) model
• VFU supervisor
• Special educational competence
