We are seeking an engaged and inspiring Swedish teacher for our middle school. We are looking for someone who has the ability to create a safe and motivating learning environment where all students feel comfortable using the language. Your goal is to make students feel at ease and curious about expressing themselves in Swedish through communication, creativity, and interactive teaching. You make a difference for our students through clear classroom leadership, strong mentorship, and a desire to grow together with colleagues.
Fredsborgskolan is an independent primary school from preschool class to grade 9, divided into two separate buildings, one for grades F-6 and one for grades 7-9. Clarity, predictability, and structure are three guiding principles that permeate our entire operation.

• Has a teaching certification.
• Has documented experience or a strong interest in classroom leadership and structured teaching.
• Sees mentorship as a central part of the teaching role.
• Has a solution-focused approach and views collaboration as a strength.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in Swedish as a second language (SVA).
• Wants to be involved in developing our school library.
