About the Role We are currently seeking a Spanish teacher for 50% of full-time for grades 6-9, with the possibility of working up to 100% depending on your preferences, skills, and experience. As a Spanish teacher at Torvallaskolan, you will play a crucial role in our students' education and future. You will: • Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching according to the school's governing documents. • Motivate and inspire your students to understand and develop their language skills. • Work closely with colleagues to create a holistic view of education and student development. • Contribute to a safe and positive learning environment, where students' interest in language and culture grows. Your Qualifications Requirements • We are looking for someone who has a teaching license in Spanish. • You have experience working in a school setting. • You are well-acquainted with the school's governing documents and how to apply them in daily work. • You are a creative, engaged, and collaborative person who is passionate about creating the best possible conditions for students' learning. We are looking for you You possess clear leadership in the classroom and the ability to engage and inspire the group you teach. You have a good understanding of people's differences and relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner in teaching and daily school life.
