We learn for life, together we succeed!" The Oxback Unit consists of two municipal schools, Oxbacksskolan (grades F-3) and Mariekällskolan (grades 4-9). Both schools are centrally located in Södertälje municipality and have a high demand for enrollment. Currently, we have approximately 800 students and 85 staff members. We are a multicultural school and continuously work to develop and improve our methods to meet the needs of all students. Learning and safety are our focus, and we regularly monitor the results and attendance of all students, where you as a teacher play a central role. We have an active student health team at the school that supports both students and staff in their daily work. The school's values are based on a culture of responsibility where it is important for everyone to participate in defining needs and prioritizing together according to available resources. **Your Responsibilities** You will be part of the teaching team for grades 7-9 at Mariekällskolan, where you will teach Spanish to students in grades 6-9 in close collaboration with a subject colleague. At the school, we work to make teaching accessible for all students, based on a common lesson structure and language- and knowledge-developing methods (SOKA). Together with the school management and engaged educators in both the teaching team and the student health team, we collaborate to ensure all students' right to learning, safety, and development. As a teacher with us, you are prepared to test and reconsider your teaching, both individually and together with the team, to reach all students.
