Kunskapsskolan in Sweden operates primary and secondary schools under the names Kunskapsskolan and Kunskapsgymnasiet. The first schools were established in 2000. Today, approximately 14,600 students attend the 30 primary schools and seven secondary schools. Kunskapsskolan is owned by founder Peje Emilsson and his family.
Kunskapsskolan Spånga is seeking a licensed mathematics teacher for grades 7-9.

Kunskapsskolan Spånga is a primary school for grades 4-9 and currently has about 620 students. The school was established in 2005 and is within walking distance of Spånga station. Our school has satisfied students who enjoy their time here and achieve high academic results.
To ensure that every student reaches their full potential, skilled teachers with a strong commitment to the students are needed. At Kunskapsskolan, we always place the individual at the center and are therefore looking for someone who actively works to help their students succeed. In addition to being a subject teacher, you will also serve as a personal mentor for about twenty students, conducting weekly individual mentoring sessions with each of them. You will assist them in planning and setting goals for their studies and follow up on these goals together with both the students and their guardians.
At Kunskapsskolan, we have a pronounced team-oriented approach. You are never alone with challenges and questions. We collaborate to plan our work in both subject and work teams. There is a high level of openness among teachers, and we share a common responsibility for our students.
To facilitate your work and allow you to focus your time on the students, we have gathered a significant portion of our teaching materials on our digital portal, Kunskapsporten. For each subject, there are suggestions for working methods, assignments, and teaching materials.
Qualifications
We are looking for a mathematics teacher for grades 7-9. You should be well acquainted with LGR-22 and formative assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
We would like you to have several years of experience in teaching and mentoring or coaching. We want you to be able to collaborate easily with colleagues, students, and guardians and to be solution-focused.
We place great value on your engagement, pedagogical competence, and mentoring ability. We want you to be a stable and secure person who can build trust with the students.
