About the Position
We are looking for a substitute teacher who wants to teach our students in the Resource School for grades 7-9. The target group consists of students with medical diagnoses, currently totaling eight. We are seeking someone with qualifications in mathematics. You will work closely with the resources in the classroom and the teachers who instruct the class in other subjects. The important work within the team is led by a team leader, and we actively engage in collegial learning, as we believe that everyone has valuable contributions to make in order to meet and challenge the students in the best way possible.
Adolfsberg School's adapted primary and resource school consists of a total of four classes for grades F-9. We strive to create a strong social community that provides students with security, motivation, and a desire to learn. Examples of Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 6-9
• Use methods and approaches that lead to increased goal achievement

Qualifications
As a teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, where you listen and communicate effectively, and contribute to a calm and secure school environment. You should also have knowledge of child development and learning, as well as the ability to adapt teaching based on the group and individual students' needs and circumstances. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
• Teaching certification with qualifications to teach mathematics, or an equivalent degree that qualifies for certification
• Experience working with children/youth with neuropsychiatric disorders (NPF)
Meritorious:
• Experience working in an adapted primary school
• Experience working with alternative communication methods (AKK) and accessible learning environments

A teaching certification with the specified qualifications must be attached to the application, or an equivalent degree that qualifies for certification.
