We at Malmö Latin School are seeking a teacher for instruction in Classical Greek. The position is a temporary contract of 17% during the period from January 7, 2026, to June 18, 2026. Work with us and contribute to the future of the people of Malmö and the community.
Responsibilities
As a teacher, you will work to help students develop their full potential—both academically and socially. You will support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual circumstances. Your work includes planning, teaching, assessment, as well as evaluation and development of the educational activities, in accordance with the school's governing documents.
We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, where you will find yourself in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you will work to create a positive learning and working environment for both students and staff. You will also contribute to the quality and development work at the school.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Teaching certification
• Qualification to teach Classical Greek at the high school level
• Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
• Strong understanding of the school's goals and governing documents
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
• Experience teaching Classical Greek
• Experience in other teaching or educational work.
