Your new job You will work with the planning, implementation, and development of the after-school program at Rosenlund School's adapted primary school, alongside eight teachers and student assistants. Teachers in the adapted primary school with a focus on after-school care work closely together and in collaboration with other professional groups for the benefit of the students. As an after-school teacher with us, you play a vital role in the students' entire day, both during school hours and after school. You are essential in creating a safe and inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions. Welcome to us Rosenlund School is centrally located in the eastern districts of Jönköping and is a miniature world. We take pride in our diversity and know that it enriches the entire school day. In the buildings of Rosenlund School, the adapted primary school for grades 1-6 coexists with the lower, middle, and upper grades of the regular primary school. This fall, the adapted primary school will move into newly built facilities on the school grounds and expand to include upper grades. Currently, the adapted primary school has approximately 75 students distributed across 13 classes, with around 50 staff members working here. We are a workplace characterized by high qualifications and competence. The atmosphere is safe and positive, as shown by the students' annual safety survey. Your qualifications We are looking for a licensed teacher in after-school care who wants to work with students in the adapted primary school for grades 1-6 (expanding to include upper grades in fall 2026). Experience working with students in adapted primary schools is an advantage. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a positive role model, proactive, and driven in your pedagogical work. You can recognize students' varying needs and consider their individual circumstances to help them grow and develop.
