JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission as an after-school leisure center teacher at Odenslundsskolan is to work with the team to take responsibility for developing after-school activities. Based on your assignment, you will plan, implement, and document the pedagogical work in the leisure center. Furthermore, you will work with the school's core values and ensure that education is conducted in accordance with school law and curriculum.
The assignment also includes contributing to a clear structure by creating routines and activities for after-school activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible goal fulfillment for students at Odenslundsskolan.
You will be involved in creating safety and a good working environment in our activities, with students at the center of your work.
You will help create a school where students are given the opportunity to become their best selves. As an employee, you will be met with respect in creating a school where EVERYONE wants to make a difference for Tomelilla municipality's students. Students should feel that they own their future and believe in the possibility of positively influencing it.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a candidate with a basic teaching qualification with authorization to teach in after-school leisure centers.
For this position, previous experience in similar work is meritorious. Experience in language and subject development work/genre pedagogy is also considered an advantage.
For this position, you must be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You are creative and have strong commitment to after-school leisure center teaching. You are a person who is clear and structured, with an easy ability to make decisions. You have a positive approach and see only opportunities and solutions. You are driven to develop teaching together with colleagues to achieve the highest possible goal fulfillment. Additionally, you have good collaborative skills and are accommodating in your interactions.
