Job Responsibilities
Join in developing the Torup & Kinnared principal area together with only qualified colleagues?
Your tasks will involve conducting pedagogical activities at the after-school program/school where you will actively plan and contribute to a developing and meaningful everyday life for students. Your assignment includes planning, implementing, teaching, and evaluating pedagogical work based on the school and after-school program's governing documents and the students' needs and interests, both individually and together with your work team. You will also be responsible for recess activities. You will collaborate with other school staff to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff and actively participate in the school's development work.

Qualifications
You applying for the position should have a degree in after-school program teaching or a teaching qualification.
As a person, you have the ability to see both individual and group needs and should be able to create a good collaborative climate. You should enjoy working flexibly and consider children's influence important. Since the role is based on close collaboration between principals, guardians, and other staff, approach and cooperation skills are important. We are looking for someone who is solution-focused and sees opportunities in changes. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
