JOB DESCRIPTION Do you want to help create a meaningful, safe, and developmental leisure time for our students? We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in children's learning who wants to work in a creative and educational team where you are given the opportunity to influence and develop the after-school program's activities. As a teacher in the after-school program, you will: • Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on the curriculum for after-school programs (Lgr22). • Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic development. • Be a resource for students during the school day. • Actively contribute to the pedagogical development work in the after-school program and the school. • Maintain close contact and collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and the student health team. • Participate in the school's collective work on values, safety, and inclusion. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Holds a teaching license with authorization to teach in the after-school program, preferably in a subject area as well. • Has a strong child focus and recognizes the unique pedagogical opportunities of the after-school program. • Is well-grounded in current educational research and can apply this in practice. • Has good communication skills with both students, guardians, and colleagues. • Views collegial collaboration as an obvious strength and is unpretentious in cooperation. • Has experience in pedagogical work, preferably in after-school programs, and is confident in your professional role.
