Experience in the profession is an advantage. You have a good understanding and knowledge of the school's governing documents, use digital tools in your daily work, possess strong collaboration skills, and can adapt your approach based on the situation. You will collaborate with skilled colleagues in the work team around groups and themes. The school actively engages in various joint days such as sports days, student days, and theme days.
