Our geographical location provides excellent opportunities to utilize the local environment for learning in various contexts. We consider it essential that parts of the teaching take place outdoors. Lillkyrkaskolan is a small school with a library, music room, textile room, wood and metal workshops, a full-sized sports hall, and dedicated facilities for our after-school activities. At Lillkyrkaskolan, we have students from preschool class up to grade 6. We have around 150 students and approximately 20 staff members. Our employees have high qualifications in both school and after-school care. We share each other's competencies through collaboration in learning teams and through a developing collegial exchange in joint meetings every week. Our mindset is: "We want to develop. JOB DESCRIPTION Educational work in after-school care and primary school. As an educator with us, you will work closely with four qualified teachers and three dedicated after-school leaders. Together, you are responsible for conducting meaningful and developmental work throughout the school day, focusing on the after-school care activities in the afternoons. During the day, you will be present in the classroom to assist students with their schoolwork and promote an inclusive learning environment. Part of your role involves providing support to students with special needs, particularly those with diabetes, which requires interest and responsibility. Your work contributes to removing barriers to learning and creating a school that works for everyone. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is: A teacher in after-school care, or a teacher specializing in younger age groups, or holds a preschool teacher degree.
