Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include organizing a learning, developing, and meaningful after-school experience for the students at Trandared School. Together with the team, you will plan activities based on the curriculum and follow up and evaluate the quality of the after-school program. Your work also involves participating in development processes aimed at improving the program alongside your colleagues. You will also be responsible, together with other after-school staff, for our break activities. Together, we create a varied and safe day in after-school care. All staff at the school are involved in the students' development, and our goal is to provide a high-quality program that gives students knowledge, security, and a stable foundation for their future.

Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications for after-school care or a trained leisure pedagogue. This role requires a commitment to creating a stimulating and meaningful after-school environment for our students. Through your inclusive approach, you meet each student based on their individual circumstances and needs. You easily establish and maintain good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
