Sparsörskolan is a harmonious school consisting of approximately 295 students from preschool to grade 6. The operations are located on two different schools. At Slättängskolan, students from grades F-3 attend, and at Kilskolan, students from grades 4-6 are enrolled. The school focuses on knowledge and security, situated in the picturesque Sparsör area with proximity to both lake and forest. At Sparsörskolan, committed staff with high competence collaborate successfully for the benefit of the students.
In addition to pedagogical staff, the school also has a student health team with all competencies represented. A local bus takes you to the school grounds where Slättängskolan and Kilskolan are located on opposite sides of the road.
Leisure Center Teacher at Sparsörskolan
Duties
Sparsörskolan has four leisure center departments. The departments collaborate but are individually responsible for a student group. Together with the work team, leisure center, and colleagues, you will be responsible for working in, driving, and developing the operations, specifically for one of the leisure center departments. The work includes typical tasks for leisure center work in line with the curriculum. The work team collaborates in planning, implementation, and evaluation of leisure center activities, where you will have a driving role. The work also includes collaboration time in one or more classes at the school and potentially responsibility for recess activities.

Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified teacher with certification to teach in leisure centers or a trained leisure center pedagogue.
You find working with students stimulating, have the ability to see students from a holistic perspective, and put the student in focus. You are flexible, creative, structured, and enjoy challenges. You have good collaboration skills and a positive approach towards students, guardians, and colleagues. This position also requires the ability to plan towards long-term goals, follow up, analyze operations, and see opportunities. We also seek someone who demonstrates good leadership skills, is confident, and can work with low-affective and boundary-setting approaches. Knowledge of digital work and special education skills are meritorious.
