Job Description
Are you a creative, flexible, and committed after-school teacher who wants to develop textile crafts instruction and after-school activities together with your colleagues? Do you want to work to help each student reach as far as possible in their knowledge development?
Then you should apply for this position.
By the start of the autumn semester, we can offer a 100% position split between textile crafts instruction and after-school activities.
Crafts instruction takes place in half-class settings in well-equipped rooms. Our after-school center is well-organized and has a systematic approach to both language and knowledge development, as well as safety and social development. As a small school, collaboration with colleagues is a key factor and a natural element. Our school actively works with language-developing approaches, good learning environments, and collegial learning. All school educators are well aware of the importance of having an F-6 perspective, which we also expect from you. Another part of the common thread is our shared structure in the after-school center, classroom, and throughout the entire operation.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who has a degree or is currently training to be an after-school educator with a focus on crafts or with experience teaching crafts.

- Be a certified after-school teacher with a crafts focus, be completing your education, or be an after-school teacher with experience teaching crafts.

- Have a good ability to create positive relationships with students and guardians.
- Be solution-oriented and able to create a good atmosphere and work environment.
- Have high expectations for students and their ability to develop.
- Stimulate students' curiosity and desire to learn.
- Be attentive to each student's conditions and needs. Enjoy cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Newly graduated teachers are entitled to a mentor during their first year of introduction.
