**Description** Fjällbacka School is a primary school for grades F-6 with approximately 95 students. At the school, we have a close collaboration both between the different grade levels and between the school and the after-school program. The school is located in Fjällbacka and has direct access to nature. The school is characterized by active values-based work. In 2024, a larger violence prevention initiative began at the school. All students know each other, and all educators know all students. At Fjällbacka School, it is expected that you work together with others in various situations and collectively take responsibility for ensuring the overall quality of the school. **Responsibilities** The after-school program in Fjällbacka is a well-functioning operation where children's participation and influence are evident. The beautiful outdoor environment, both on the schoolyard and in the surrounding areas, is utilized by spending a lot of time outside. The after-school program has two groups, one for younger children and one for older children. The position includes shared pedagogical responsibility based on the after-school program's teaching. Educational planning for the after-school program is done collaboratively within the team, but you are also expected to independently plan and implement teaching in the child group. This requires organizational skills, personal responsibility, flexibility, and creativity within the framework of the curriculum's goals. Depending on experience and competence, you will also have responsibilities during the school day. It is of great importance that you function well and embrace new challenges together with the team. A prerequisite for the job is that you can establish a safe and professional relationship with students and guardians. **Qualifications** Qualified teacher for after-school programs, leisure educator, preschool teacher, or other educational qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
