RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role, you will teach at an after-school program with related tasks. You will be part of a work team and participate in collaborative work, viewing joint planning and assessment as a crucial part of teamwork. You will contribute to a positive learning environment for all students through collegial cooperation. Together, you will focus on both students' academic and social development. You will collaborate with guardians and other school staff. You will actively participate in the school's value-based and development work, working inclusively by adapting instruction to meet students' needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking candidates with a teaching license for after-school programs. Experience/education in working with students with neuropsychiatric functional variations (NPF), inclusion (e.g., IBIS), knowledge of language-developing approaches, or similar will be considered meritorious.
As a person, you are pedagogical and understand the different ways people acquire knowledge. You are clear and ensure your messages are communicated effectively. You should be experienced in using clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approaches. You work solution-focused, enjoy collaboration, are stress-resistant, and have strong administrative and pedagogical skills. You have an excellent ability to build good relationships with students and see this as a crucial part of your leadership.
