About the Job
As an educator in real estate with us, you will be an important part of the organization. You will be responsible for training adults to become tomorrow's modern property managers and property technicians. The role involves following the students' development towards the goal – employment.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead theory lessons in the classroom
• Conduct practical components within the real estate field
• Plan, document, and follow up on teaching
• Independently plan the structure and content of the education
• Maintain ongoing contact with the industry
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in the real estate field who thrives in a pedagogical role where you can help adult participants develop. You are confident, engaged, and experienced in leading both theoretical and practical components.
What is Important for the Role
• At least 3 years of experience as a property manager, property caretaker, or property technician
• Ability to independently plan and conduct teaching
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with participants and external stakeholders
It’s a Plus If You Also Have
• Knowledge in practical electrical theory
• Experience in property service, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and property management
• Knowledge of outdoor environments, machinery, and tools
• Understanding of private and business law as well as business economics

Employment Type
