Raoul Wallenberg School in Skövde has expanded from 80 students to just over 900 from preschool to year 9. In the upper secondary level, just over 500 of these students are enrolled. The school operates under the motto "making a positive difference" and our ambition is to be the most attractive primary school in Skövde. We have a clear value base based on our core values, with a focus on order and structure. We place great emphasis on creating a common approach to teaching and other activities. Interest in our school concept is very high, and therefore the ambition is to build and establish several new schools in both Skövde and Skaraborg in the coming years. Who are you? We are seeking a primary school teacher qualified to teach English in upper secondary school, preferably in combination with another subject. We are looking for skilled, driven, and committed teachers who, like us, are passionate about making a positive difference for various types of students – both those who need special support and those who need significant challenges. We seek someone who shares our value base and passion for children and education. As a primary school teacher at RWS Skövde, you work in teams and plan and work together with other class teachers and subject teachers for the student's learning throughout the day. With good didactic ability, strong subject knowledge, a clear structure, and varied teaching adapted to the individual student, you create the best conditions for our students to achieve the knowledge requirements. You see documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as an integral part of your work. You see yourself as an important part of creating good conditions for student learning. You have good leadership that conveys a clear lesson structure, security, clear expectations, and relationship-building. You are well-versed in digital tools. You see collaboration as a given way to develop and become even better.
