Lindbacka School has approximately 440 students in grades 7-9 and about 70 staff divided into 8 teams with a team leader in each team. The operation also includes teaching for students with diagnoses within the autism spectrum, grades 1-9, and students in need of special support.
Here you will meet colleagues who are accustomed to discussing pedagogical issues and challenges, who believe in collegial learning and are familiar with digital teaching.
The student health team is available to support you as an educator. You are expected to be co-creative in the school's development to meet today's and tomorrow's needs.
DUTIES
In addition to teaching subjects, the position includes mentorship.
QUALIFICATIONS
Teaching certification for biology, physics, and chemistry in grades 7-9. The position may vary depending on the recruited candidate (subject combination). Certification in mathematics is meritorious.
You have the ability to see the big picture. You are a natural leader and follow the school's supportive structures.
