Grythyttans School is a F-6 school with approximately 130 students, located in beautiful Grythyttan in Hällefors Municipality. We focus on language and knowledge development as well as NPF training to create the best possible conditions for our students. **Responsibilities** As a primary school teacher for Year 1, you will: - Plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work. - Collaborate closely with your colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for the students. - Be a clear leader in the classroom and build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. - Work consciously to stimulate language and create accessible learning environments for all students. - Adapt teaching to meet students' needs and promote their learning and development. - You will work in an engaged team that contributes to a positive learning environment and a good workplace community. **Qualifications** - We are looking for someone who is a qualified primary school teacher for grades F-3 with a teaching license. - You should be well-versed in the school's governing documents and have the ability to create accessible learning environments. We expect you to have: - Strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. - A clear and confident leadership ability in the classroom. - Flexibility and a positive attitude towards changes and new situations. - A commitment to teaching and the ability to inspire both students and colleagues. - Good collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach. - If there are no qualified applicants, the employer will consider the possibility of hiring an unqualified candidate who is deemed suitable for the position, temporarily according to the Education Act. **Conditions** The position is a full-time temporary role. After the temporary position ends, a permanent employment opportunity may arise for those who have a primary school teacher degree F–6 and are assessed to have the right personal suitability.
