You enjoy being a teacher and engaging with young people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. You plan, implement, and follow up on your teaching both independently and in collaboration with your colleagues. It is important that you can adapt your work based on different situations and the needs and conditions of various students. You take responsibility for continuing our efforts to develop the educational learning environment and meet students' needs. Together with your colleagues, you work to develop the school's operations with shared goals in focus. We place great importance on maintaining good relationships with students and guardians.
