Your New Job
We are now seeking someone who wants to develop students' abilities, knowledge, and self-confidence, and prepare them for life and the future. Through knowledge and creativity, you will inspire your students to enjoy learning, take responsibility, and grow. We are looking for a new colleague to join the team at Ödestugu School. A small, charming rural school where teaching takes place in B-form, which means teaching in grades 3-4 and 5-6. There are only approximately 15 students in each group.
The team includes experienced colleagues. Together with the team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing instruction in a way that takes a holistic view of the student and their needs, in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents.
Welcome to Us
Tenhult School District consists of two F-6 schools: Tenhultsskolan and Ödestugu School. We are a large school district with approximately 80 staff and 560 students. Ödestugu School is located about 28 km from Jönköping city center. Geographically, we are situated in the southeastern part of the municipality, bordering both Vaggeryd and Nässjö municipalities.
Your Competence
We are seeking someone with a degree and certification as a teacher for grades 4-6. You should be qualified to teach mathematics, science, and English. Even if you have not yet received your certification, you are still welcome to apply.
You are a good classroom leader. You also collaborate easily with other educators at the school and are flexible. You have good competence with IT and digital tools. We place great importance on personal suitability.
