The Learning Sector works with a holistic perspective from ages 0 to 19, and together we create an inspiring culture of collaboration within the learning sector, where language, presence, and goal achievement are our primary drivers of success.
Stenbocksskolan is centrally located in Ulricehamn and has approximately 620 students. The school has three work teams, each with a principal, special education teacher, special needs teacher, youth leader, and several committed educators and teaching assistants.
Stenbocksskolan is seeking teachers for work in grades 7-9 who, based on their qualifications, provide instruction and contribute to helping our students experience meaningful contexts, good relationships, joy, and participation. DUTIES
We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our school and contribute to a safe and stimulating learning environment!
Together with other staff in the Learning Support Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring student progression in the subject and helping students return to their regular class based on their individual level.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Teaching assistant qualification with a focus on special support
• Experience working in schools
• Practical ability to lead groups of young people
• Confident, clear, and a natural leader in the classroom
• Solution-focused, structured, and quality-conscious
• Strong interest in school development and willingness to contribute to our collective pedagogical journey
• Understanding of the importance of adaptations and ability to meet each student based on their individual needs
• Ability to quickly establish good relationships with both students and colleagues
