About this role

Do you want to help shape the future of healthcare closer to citizens? Are you passionate about development work? Then we have the job for you! To meet future challenges and needs, a transformation of the healthcare system is underway across Sweden. This involves both great opportunities and requirements for adaptability, trust, and cross-border collaboration to use society's resources in the best possible way. The transformation, known as "Near Care," focuses on addressing individual needs and abilities to promote health in various ways. Healthcare and social services need to be closer to citizens and make them more involved. A strengthened primary care, provided by both regions and municipalities, forms the core of near care. Specialized care needs to be transformed into more open care forms and offered in new ways. We are now seeking a district coordinator for Northern Norrbotten (Gällivare, Kiruna, Pajala, Jokkmokk). We are looking for someone with healthcare education and/or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer candidates with previous experience leading improvement and development work in healthcare and knowledge of near care, patient-centered care, and flow-oriented work methods. Previous management experience is meritorious. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are structured and driven, able to independently plan, coordinate, implement, and follow up activities and assignments against set goals. You see opportunities and build relationships with a communicative and collaboration-oriented approach. You are development-focused and see challenges as opportunities, driven to improve processes and working methods together with others. You recognize that the digital world creates opportunities and contributes to developing modern services and care offerings adapted to users' needs. Your work will include supporting operations in transitioning to new work methods, conducting flow mapping, conducting training, and leading development work. You will also support the operations manager in the region-driven primary care to coordinate district collaboration and patient councils. You are expected to work closely with municipal near care process leaders. We offer: - Development and career opportunities where you can help create the future of health and care - Health-promoting workplaces with access to wellness activities and wellness allowances - Link to our benefits: https://www.norrbotten.se/sv/jobba-hos-oss/anstallningsvillkor-och-utveckling/ We offer a permanent full-time position at the Near Care Development Office, located in Northern Norrbotten, at either Gällivare or Kiruna hospitals.
