Payroll Specialist for Frigoscandia Group

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for our headquarters in Hyllinge. Frigoscandia's Payroll Department (Frigolön) consists of five employees and is a central function responsible for payroll management for approximately 1,300 employees within the Frigoscandia Group. Our employees include both salaried and hourly workers, including some drivers. We apply the Unionen Almega Salaried Employees Agreement, BA Transport Agreement, and Transport Salaried Employees Agreement. We are in a transformation process that will involve taking responsibility for Nordic payrolls in the future. Therefore, we value experience in this area when seeking our new colleague. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payrolls for some companies or parts of companies, covering approximately 300 employees. You will provide service by answering payroll-related questions via phone and email, which involves close communication with managers and employees. You will interpret laws and agreements, and develop, analyze, and report payroll statistics. You will also maintain contact with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, FORA, the Swedish Tax Agency, and the Swedish Enforcement Authority. Your primary tasks will include: - Reporting and verification of payroll documentation in Agda and TransPa - Personnel administration in HRM systems - Payroll processing/calculation in Agda - Handling travel expenses and disbursements - Administration of salary and pension matters We Offer We offer opportunities for personal development at Frigoscandia AB. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities - Relevant education and several years of experience in payroll management, agreement interpretation, and personnel administration - Experience with payroll for hourly workers - Experience with Agda and proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Preferred: Knowledge of pensions and/or Comp & Ben, and Nordic payroll systems - Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written You draw energy from interacting with new people, are relaxed in social situations, and enjoy having multiple contact points.
