Main Responsibilities:
• Work is a central part of the HR function
• Expert in payroll work handling complex payroll processing procedures, application of collective agreements, and wage forms. Ensuring accurate and efficient payroll management.
• Payroll preparation and ongoing payroll work – responsible for implementing and monitoring payroll processes
• Agreement application – managing the practical implementation of collective agreements, wage forms, and various wage components
• Statistics and reporting – compiling documentation to develop payroll statistics and reports for management or labor unions
• Advisory: Provide guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related matters
• System administration: Manage and quality assure payroll systems and digital processes
• Development: Participate in projects and develop system workflows to streamline payroll management
