Payroll Coordinator at 50% for PMC Hydraulics

PMC Hydraulics is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator for a part-time position. Here, you will step into a global organization with a warm, close-knit culture where colleagues support each other and tackle challenges together. You will be part of the global HR team consisting of five members and will work closely with your immediate HR colleague at the Högsbo office. The position is 50% of full-time. **About the Position** As a Payroll Coordinator, you will act as a link between employees and the company's external payroll provider for Sweden and Denmark. You will be responsible for all preparatory work prior to payroll runs, ensuring the quality of the documentation, and making sure that payroll files are delivered accurately and on time. The role involves numerous points of contact, and you will support managers and employees daily with questions related to payroll and HR administration. **Examples of Responsibilities** - Preparation and verification of payroll documentation and ensuring accurate information in the payroll system - Management of travel expenses, reimbursements, wellness benefits, and corporate cards - Administration related to pensions, vacation, and other payroll-related areas - Responsible for reporting statistics and information to external parties and authorities - Overall personnel administration **Suitable Background** We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience who is confident in handling and administering all aspects of the payroll process. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, and experience with Agda is a plus.
