We Are Seeking
We are looking for candidates with at least upper secondary education in economics or equivalent payroll experience. We seek someone with recent payroll administration experience and independent payroll work background. You should be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of Office 365 or equivalent. It is meritorious to have vocational higher education in payroll or other education deemed relevant by the employer. Experience in payroll administration within the public sector is also advantageous.

Work Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you will work on the entire payroll process and be responsible for your own payroll area. This requires both independence and continuous collaboration with colleagues. Tasks include processing incoming documentation, providing consultative support to the organization, conducting quality reviews, and continuous follow-up, based on laws, agreements, and regulations in the payroll area. Part of the consultative support involves staffing our HR Direct, which includes phone and case management.

Position Details
We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are daytime, Monday - Friday. Start date by agreement, but preferably as soon as possible. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
