Sabis is a family-owned company with a long tradition of quality, service, and care. We operate grocery stores, restaurants, service services, cafés, hotels, and meeting facilities throughout Stockholm. With approximately 700 employees, we generate nearly 1.4 billion SEK in annual revenue.
Our vision is clear: to create Sweden's best customer experiences in food and meetings. We are now looking for someone who wants to help make this possible by ensuring a secure, modern, and professional payroll management.
**About the Role**
Are you a confident and self-sufficient payroll expert who wants to work closely with the business and be part of an exciting development journey? Then the role of Payroll Manager at Sabis may be just right for you.
As Payroll Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the entire payroll process for around 700 employees across several collective agreements: Swedish Trade & Commerce, Visita & HRF, and Unionen. You will work in a structured and quality-assured manner throughout the payroll flow, creating transparency, security, and simplicity in our payroll processes. The role also includes providing service and support to managers and employees.
The position is based at our award-winning office at Hälsingegatan 49 in Stockholm – named "Sweden's Most Beautiful Office 2025." Here, you will be part of an engaged HR team consisting of three HR partners, an HR manager, and a recruitment officer. We are in a development phase where your expertise will play a central role.
You will be a key player in our ongoing system journey, where we will be switching HR systems this year. You will work daily in our systems and processes related to:
• Quinyx
• Hogia Lön Plus
• Sympa / Hailey (HR system, system change during 2025)
• Issues related to working hours and annual working time
• Application of multiple collective agreements
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone with solid experience in payroll work and a good understanding of relevant collective agreements. You have previously worked with Hogia Lön Plus, Quinyx, and preferably also in modern HR systems such as Sympa or Hailey. Experience in working with annual working time and period working time is highly meritorious.
As a person, you are meticulous, service-oriented, and confident in your skills. You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and have the ability to create structure even during high-paced periods. You like to collaborate, willingly share your knowledge, and contribute to a positive and developmental atmosphere.
With us, you will be part of a culture where everyone should feel seen and welcome, where you can trust us, and where we contribute joy every day – both to each other and to the entire Sabis team.
**We Offer You**
- An award-winning workplace with flexible working hours, a strong corporate culture, and a focus on joy and teamwork
- A values-driven company where we actively work with leadership at all levels
- Opportunities for personal development through training and the chance to grow within the company
- A secure employer with collective agreements and benefits for all employees
- An attractive benefits package for all employees, including subsidized massages at the workplace, discounts at all Hemköp stores, and favorable discounts at our hotel destinations
