Learn more about what we offer at www.spsm.se/ledigajobb Job Description: Payroll Administrator We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for the HR Unit, located in Örebro. As a payroll administrator, you will provide consultative support to our managers. The primary responsibilities include registering payroll events in payroll systems, collaborating with personnel administrators on payroll administration matters, and handling other related administrative tasks. The role's breadth requires you to simultaneously manage and drive multiple tasks, demanding high independence and the ability to organize your workday and create structure. The position involves daily interactions that you will approach with a coaching and service-oriented attitude. You will help control reasonableness and accuracy based on laws, regulations, and collective agreements governing public administration. Qualifications: Required: - Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience in the past 5 years - Proven administrative skills - Strong communication abilities - Proficiency in administrative systems - Excellent verbal and written Swedish skills Preferred: - Multiple years of payroll experience in public administration - Experience in educational sector payroll - Knowledge of public sector regulations and labor law - Experience with UBW (Agresso) system - Payroll system migration experience Personal Characteristics: - Flexible and unpretentious approach to tasks - Comfortable working independently and in groups - Structured and detail-oriented - Collaborative with a positive attitude - Strong planning and organizational skills - Committed to continuous improvement - Interest in process optimization Additional Information: - Possibility of partial remote work - 6-month probationary period - Background check required - Potential cross-departmental assignment during national crises We prioritize personal suitability.
