As a Payroll Administrator at LKQ Atracco, you will have a central and independent role in a closely-knit team, working on the entire payroll process – from payroll processing to government reporting and support for the business. You will be responsible for both Swedish and Norwegian payrolls and contribute to ensuring efficient and accurate payroll management for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Payroll administration for white-collar and blue-collar employees in Sweden and Norway - Government reporting and reconciliation with finance - Support and advice to managers and employees across the organization - Management of time reporting systems and collective agreements (IF Metall Motorbranschen, Salaried Employees Agreement for the Motor Industry) - Continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes You will become an important part of LKQ Atracco's HR and payroll function, collaborating closely with colleagues in finance and HR, while enjoying significant responsibility and freedom in your daily work. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with payroll administration experience who thrives in a role with high personal responsibility and varied tasks. You are comfortable with the entire payroll process, preferably with experience in both white-collar and blue-collar agreements, and have worked with systems like AGDA or similar. Knowledge of Norwegian payroll is a significant merit. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and unpretentious, with a genuine interest in order and quality. You are service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to build good relationships within the organization, while working independently and driving your work forward. You have a positive and solution-oriented approach, are flexible, and enjoy working at a high pace when required. Experience weighs more than formal education, but you should have good system proficiency, preferably from AGDA or Visma Business, and excellent Swedish and English skills – knowledge of Norwegian is an extra plus. Is This Your Perfect Match? This is the role for you if you want to combine responsibility, structure, and people in a secure and unpretentious environment. At LKQ Atracco, you'll become part of a company with a strong culture, good cohesion, and an important environmental focus – where quality and sustainability go hand in hand with business. With us, you'll work in a stable organization with heart, where your expertise is truly appreciated and where you have the opportunity to develop both processes and ways of working. We offer a warm work culture with joint activities, wellness benefits, and a daily life filled with commitment and care. Warmly welcome to apply! Does the position sound interesting?
