About this role

We are seeking someone who wants to take the next step in their career and is interested in a long-term solution. This is a full-time consulting assignment via Wise Professionals, with a duration of six to eight months and immediate start. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to begin the assignment in December or January. The assignment offers excellent chances for continued employment with the client. We prefer candidates who want to become employed and build something long-term together with us and the client. Our client has an office in pleasant premises on the south side of town and offers a flexible hybrid solution, where you work three days a week in the office and the remaining days from home. Your Assignment In this role, you will work broadly and variedly with both payroll and finance – perfect for someone who thrives in a combined position with overall responsibility and contributes to order and structure in daily operations. As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process, from start to finish. You will ensure that approximately 200 salaries are paid correctly and on time, manage absences, benefits, and reporting to authorities such as Collectum, FORA, and Försäkringskassan. You will also be an important support to managers and employees on matters related to salary and employment. In addition to payroll work, you will also support the finance department. This involves working with accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, payments, and ongoing bookkeeping. You will contribute to ensuring smooth financial flow and help with year-end closing when needed. Your Background We are seeking someone with several years of independent payroll experience and comfortable working in Agda. You are accustomed to owning your tasks from start to finish and enjoy working independently, while also being willing to collaborate when necessary. You have good knowledge of Swedish laws, agreements, and regulations regarding salary, vacation, pension, and insurance. Since much payroll work is still done manually, you will have a unique opportunity to truly own your tasks, ensure quality at every step, and propose improvements. You likely have an education in payroll and/or finance and have strong Excel skills. We prefer candidates who have previously worked with accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, or ongoing bookkeeping, but do not need to be fully independent in this – most importantly, you have an interest and willingness to further develop your financial knowledge. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You adapt easily when conditions change and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are service-oriented, communicative, and unpretentious, with a natural desire to contribute to a good atmosphere and team efficiency. When You Join Us As a consultant with us, we promise the best time in your career. From day one, you will enter a context that provides rapid career development while being able to influence the workplaces of the future. Welcome to a world full of possibilities! We work with competency-based recruitment as a method. We do this in our pursuit of a more potential-based matching. We therefore welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences, as we know that broader diversity in background, experience, and perspective enriches each of us and makes us better and smarter as an organization, guided by curiosity – courage – professionalism.
