About this role

Do you want to be part of the Payroll Operations team at one of Sweden's most respected global companies? We are currently seeking a down-to-earth expert who can start quickly. Your ability to swiftly grasp complex final pay calculations, vacation calculations, and manage the entire payroll cycle is crucial. The assignment starts immediately and runs until the end of March. ABOUT THE POSITION You will work in the client's Payroll Operations team, whose primary responsibility is to manage the entire payroll cycle and deliver accurate salaries to all employees in Sweden at the right time. The team also acts as expert support in all payroll-related matters. This is a key operational role where your precision and deep knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks * Payroll Processing: Execute and ensure that the entire payroll cycle is processed correctly. * Salary Components: Manage all salary components, including salary adjustments, calculation of vacation compensation, and final pay. * Payroll Inquiries: Respond to incoming payroll inquiries from employees and act as expert support. * Laws and Agreements: Ensure that payroll complies with Swedish laws and collective agreements. * Administration: Register and archive payroll documents and personnel changes in the client's system. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has a relevant education in payroll/economics. - Has system knowledge in SAP and SD Worx. - Has experience in customer support/answering payroll inquiries. - Has several years of experience in payroll administration and can independently manage all parts of the payroll cycle. - Has excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel. - Is fluent in Swedish and English.
