Job Description
We are seeking a driven and meticulous Payroll and Financial Administrator for our new office in Falköping. You will be part of a small finance team and report to the Finance Manager. As a Payroll and Financial Administrator, you will work in a shared role, with one part focusing on the entire payroll process. In the other part, you will work on ongoing accounting, as well as accounts receivable and payable.
You will be a crucial part of our finance team and fully responsible for ensuring that all payroll administration is handled correctly and efficiently. This role is critical to the organization as you ensure that all our employees receive the right compensation on time.
Primary Responsibilities
Your main tasks will primarily revolve around the payroll process. This includes comprehensive payroll preparation for both our blue-collar and white-collar workers, requiring in-depth knowledge of interpreting and applying various agreements, including provisions for shift work, overtime, and vacation. You will also be responsible for all statutory reporting to authorities, tax payments, and pension companies. In addition to payroll, you will complement the finance department with ongoing tasks such as managing accounts receivable and payable, assisting with group reporting, and reconciliations during year-end closing, especially related to payroll.
Qualifications
You have post-secondary education in payroll and financial administration and/or several years of experience working independently with the entire payroll process and ongoing accounting. Previous experience with Agda and Monitor systems is considered an advantage.
In your work approach, you are thorough, detail-oriented, and problem-solving. You see potential for improvement and enjoy working on improvement measures. You have good collaboration skills and can easily connect with people in the organization. A genuine interest in systems/IT is especially advantageous. As a person, you are curious, humble, and social. You can easily create new contact networks and possess excellent communication skills.
