About Apoteket Stenhuggarvägen We are now planning the opening of our third pharmacy in Visby, where you will have the opportunity to be part of the journey of opening the pharmacy from the start and developing it together with fantastic colleagues. Apoteket Stenhuggarvägen will open in the spring of 2026. This is one of our important pharmacy initiatives, and we look forward to our new establishment. In addition to a relocation grant of 40,000 SEK to Gotland, you will receive a bonus totaling 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period. The total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK with a 3-year employment. The working hours for this position fall within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-18:00, Sundays 11:00-17:00. Your Role Our responsible pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you will contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. As a responsible pharmacist, you are expected to act with commitment and credibility and assist our customers based on your pharmaceutical competence and expertise. As a responsible pharmacist, you will actively guide your colleagues by providing support for inquiries and making safe pharmaceutical assessments. Together with your colleagues, you will work to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. What You Will Do With Us: • Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management. • Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk and incident analyses. • Guide your colleagues with inquiries - we grow and develop together. • Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy. Who Are We Looking For? For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You should also have worked for at least 2 years in a retail pharmacy. • You have experience in handling deviations with root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of actions. • You have at least 1 year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of actions. • You are meticulous, which means that no important and crucial details are missed. • You are attentive, confident, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday situations. • We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
