About Apoteket Knutby Torg We're opening at Apoteket Knutby Torg in February 2026. This is one of our important pharmacy initiatives, and we look forward to our new establishment. Apoteket will open simultaneously and in the same premises as City Gross, with excellent parking opportunities directly outside. Work hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's operating hours: weekdays 09-19, Saturdays 10-15, and Sundays 11-15. Your Role Our pharmacists in charge always work with care, quality, and customer needs in focus. In your role with us, you'll contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. As the pharmacist in charge, you'll actively guide your colleagues by providing support for questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments. What You Will Do: • Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer handling. • Conduct self-inspections and support risk and event analyses. • Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together. • Contribute to patient safety and quality so our customers can feel secure with us. • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance. • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both daily work and customer experience at our pharmacy. Who Are We Looking For? For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You also need at least 2 years of experience at an outpatient pharmacy. • You have worked with deviation management, including cause investigation and planning/follow-up of measures. • You have at least 1 year of experience in establishing and revising instructions in the self-control program. • You have at least 1 year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of measures. • You are meticulous, ensuring no important or crucial details are missed. • You are attentive, confident, and enjoy contributing to daily solutions. • We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
