Physician for the Mental Health Clinic for Children and Young People
Do you want to make a difference for children, young people, and their families? We are seeking an engaged and knowledgeable physician for our clinic. With us, you'll have a secure start in a well-functioning operation, supported by committed and experienced colleagues.
The Mental Health Clinic for Children and Young People has been in operation since March 1, 2022, and is a crucial part of Region Örebro County's initiative to strengthen early care. The clinic's target group is ages 0-18. We have gone through a development phase with initial challenges. Through targeted work, we now have well-functioning operations in our largest clinic in Örebro and in our Karlskoga location. Today, committed and competent employees who are passionate about children's and young people's mental health work here. In the coming weeks, clinics in Kumla and Lindesberg will also reopen.
As a new team member, you'll receive a secure onboarding with experienced colleagues before continuing work in the team. We believe in close collaboration between our clinics to provide children, young people, and their families with early professional and coordinated support.
Job Responsibilities
As a physician with us, you'll have a varied assignment, working with your own patient consultations and in team-based patient care. Time for professional development and medical discussions with colleagues is scheduled weekly. We strive to ensure work is well-defined with a reasonable workload.

Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed physician, specialist in general medicine or another specialty that the employer deems equivalent, with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare.
You are confident in your professional role, pedagogical, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, particularly the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and willingness to develop. You have a positive and professional approach to work, with patients as the focus, and your ethical values align with our operations.
